Wikia - creating communities
A "village pump" is any page, or set of pages, used by a wiki community to discuss their technical issues, policies, and operations, to give community news, and to ask for help. The name "village pump" comes from the English Wikipedia, but many wikis use an alternate name. "Community portal" or "Cafe" is also a common title for this.
This page shows links to active "village pumps" (or discussions by other names) on various Wikia sites, and to other important community pages, such as announcements.
