Welcome, Swannie, to the Central Wikia!
We are a friendly community here; most of us are active on an individual wiki, and many of us are active on more than one.
If you're looking for help, use the Community Portal or Help Desk. For finding a helper or a staff, speaking your language, see the page Staff and Helpers by language. If your wiki needs something done, leave the details on the Volunteer Portal. If you need assistance from a member of staff, leave a message with one of the Community Team.
You can get live help from community members and staff in our IRC channel. There are also channels for larger Wikia and their communities. Here you can socialize and get to know your community!
If you have an idea for a new wiki, please let us know! Check out new wikis and see if any of them interest you. A directory of existing wikis is also available.
Finally, please keep an eye on the recent changes to see what the community is up to and to help revert spam and vandalism.

Hello Swannie,
No we have not started the Wikia Graphics Group yet. My plan is to start everything up in December so it will be up and running in late December, since I will be getting Photoshop that month. I do appreciate your interest in the group and will add you to the members of the group.

- Personally I'd like to see just a few pages on the group vs the whole Wiki about it. And like I said in the mailing list more than likely the group will add logos to wikis without them always requesting it. Phillip (talk) 16:38, 25 July 2007 (UTC)

Thanks very much for your comment on the New Home Page Forum. What did you like about the old home page that is not replicated in the new home page? Are there specific links that are missing, or is it just the general layout you do not like. [edit] Regarding Soda Pop wiki
Hey Swannie thanks for the support on Soda Pop Wiki. I am not too experience with any sort of graphics program, so if its not too much of a hassle could you make a Soda Pop Wiki logo? Just have a coca cola bottle and some cool text that says "Soda Pop Wiki"

- I was thinking more of something that actually showed the colors BEING sorted. Maybe a hand holding plastic chips or colored swatches of the different colors with the name of each sample in tiny print on the plastic chip or swatch. Maybe incorporate a lazer, a paintbrush and/or a diagram of the human eye into the logo. You don't have to use all the samples, I wanted to make sure you had more than enough to choose from. Maybe I had more ideas than I thought I did but couldn't put it together without your help. Thank you. --Bejjinks 23:45, 13 July 2008 (UTC)
- I don't know what a lazer looks like. Any techy device that does something with light will do. In fact, it could be skipped altogether since it's just an idea.
